Role details

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered features, including prompt and harness design, tool orchestration, and structured outputs.
• Integrate AI systems with CRMs, messaging channels, and support tools using REST APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.
• Build reusable prompt libraries, guardrails, and validation logic rather than one-off scripts.
• Write typed tool contracts and enforce output schemas using Pydantic or an equivalent tool.
• Run trajectory evaluations and regression tests to identify quality drops before production.
• Work with Product and Engineering to turn requirements into agent behavior and document architecture for handoff.

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of production software experience with meaningful hands-on LLM experience.
• Strong Python skills and experience with FastAPI or Flask for backend services.
• Practical experience with LLM APIs, including prompt engineering, function calling or tool use, and context management.
• Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, webhooks, REST, and synchronous versus asynchronous or event-driven API design.
• Familiarity with SQL and at least one vector or embedding store.
• Experience with Git and basic CI/CD exposure.

Pay

• Pay is up to AED 11,000 per month.
