AI Solutions Engineer

Role overview

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day client relationships, lead regular check-ins and coordinate responses to questions, issues and escalations.
• Lead discovery to understand business goals, processes, users, data, integrations and constraints, and agree on measurable success criteria.
• Translate requirements into agent use cases, workflow maps, user stories and acceptance criteria, including tool actions, exceptions and human handoffs.
• Configure agents, prompts, workflows and available integrations; test behavior against requirements and refine configurations.
• Coordinate feature requirements with Product, AI and Engineering; clarify scope and feasibility, track progress and validate delivery.
• Coordinate onboarding, integration dependencies, UAT, issue resolution, client sign-off, training and go-live readiness.
• Track post-launch feedback, adoption, agent performance and client satisfaction; turn findings into prioritized improvements.
• Manage expectations on AI capabilities, limitations, scope and timelines, confirming feasibility before making commitments.

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years in solutions consulting, business analysis, implementation or technical customer success, with client relationship and delivery ownership.
• Ability to uncover business needs and turn ambiguous requests into clear requirements, process flows and testable outcomes.
• Functional understanding of LLMs and AI agents, including prompting, knowledge retrieval, tool use, guardrails and human oversight.
• Comfort configuring and testing platform solutions.
• Working understanding of APIs, authentication, webhooks and integrations with CRMs, messaging channels or business systems.
• Strong communication and expectation management; able to lead discovery, demos and client discussions and explain technical trade-offs plainly.
• Organized follow-through, clear documentation and ownership from onboarding through post-launch support.
• Production coding is not required; the focus is solution configuration and delivery.

Bonus points

• Experience delivering Agentic AI, conversational AI, voice agents or workflow automation to business clients.
• Hands-on use of no-code or low-code tools to configure workflows, test prompts or demonstrate use cases.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations or clients in the UAE or wider GCC.
• Startup experience and comfort shaping requirements as a product evolves.

Pay

• Pay is up to AED 11,000 per month.
