The company has more than 200 employees across offices in Montréal, Toronto, and Geneva.

Position

As part of Product Ops, the role builds and operates internal AI tools and data structures supporting the Product team.

The work focuses on automation, agentic engineering, test-data management, and practical tools that improve product-team efficiency.

AI tooling and integrations

  • Design, deliver, and maintain AI agents, skills, and automations for Product team members.
  • Integrate existing systems with AI platforms and establish frameworks to evaluate tool quality, reliability, and security.
  • Iterate with internal users to move prototypes into adopted tools.

Internal datasets

  • Maintain and evolve the plugin architecture for injecting mock data.
  • Design source files for realistic test-data generation and use tools to create datasets tailored to internal needs.

Standards and adoption

  • Ensure code quality, maintain a tool inventory, and establish documentation, versioning, and deployment practices.
  • Document architecture and technology choices; report on adoption, productivity gains, and deliverable quality.
  • Ensure deployed tools meet security and compliance needs.
  • Collaborate with Product colleagues, demonstrate tools, gather feedback, and support adoption and user skill development.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of software development experience and 1 to 4 years building AI tools.
  • Provide a portfolio or concrete projects demonstrating hands-on proficiency.
  • An academic background or specialized AI certification is an asset.

Technical and communication skills

  • Strong proficiency in French is mandatory; excellent written and spoken communication in French and English is required.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering, LLM API integration, RAG, response-quality and safety evaluation, Python, and C#.
  • Experience with Python-based JSON, YAML, and CSV manipulation; knowledge of relational databases and SQL; solid knowledge of Git or similar tools.
  • The role calls for user-focused automation, analytical problem solving, autonomy, resourcefulness, creativity, and rapid learning.
  • Security and data-governance awareness in a fintech or institutional context is required.
  • Agentic architectures, multi-agent workflows, function calling, and protocols such as MCP are assets; wealth-management experience is also an asset.

Work arrangement

  • Hybrid work is offered from the Laval or Montreal offices.

Benefits

  • Benefits include annual salary, corporate profit-sharing, flexible vacation, insurance, telemedicine, group RRSP, training, and a sports program.
  • Office amenities include a gym at the Laval head office, parking and electric-car charging, breakfast, and regular social events.
