AI Application Development Engineer Graduate (Corporate Service System - Procurement) - 2027 Start

Team and role

Responsibilities

• Build and explore Procurement Agents and the System AI Harness, owning design, implementation, validation, release, and improvement.
• Develop and maintain core services, business logic, data flows, and system integrations for AI-native procurement.
• Implement agent planning, tool use, memory, and multi-step reasoning as reliable production features.
• Prototype and evaluate emerging AI techniques and translate promising ideas into practical product capabilities.
• Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions to complex problems.

Minimum qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and eligible for the 2027 campus hiring program.
• Proficiency in one or more of Golang, Java, or Python, with solid programming fundamentals and good coding habits.
• Able to design, build, test, and maintain complete features; solid system-design and coding-implementation capabilities.
• Experience with AI-related projects or research, innovation, and strong hands-on ability.
• Curiosity, self-motivation, logical thinking, and ability to work independently and break down problems.

Preferred qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI applications, agent products, AI coding tools, or developer productivity solutions.
• Experience with LLM systems, prompt engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, or agent orchestration frameworks.
• Internship, academic, open-source, or personal project experience showing end-to-end ownership of a substantial system.
• Experience improving system performance, engineering efficiency, or stability in real-world projects.
• Competition achievements, research publications, or high-quality open-source contributions.
