AI Agent Engineering Project Intern (Corporate Service System - Procurement) - 2026 Start（BS/MS）

Team and role

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and validation of Procurement Agents and the System AI Harness.
• Develop and maintain services, business logic, and data flows for AI-native procurement.
• Explore agent planning, tool use, memory, and multi-step reasoning and help turn them into working features.
• Prototype emerging AI techniques and translate promising ideas into practical product capabilities.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver solutions.

Minimum qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in computer science, software engineering, AI, data science, electronic/information engineering, mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• Available to start immediately, ideally within one week; able to intern continuously, ideally for at least three months, and at least three days per week.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals from coursework or projects.
• Proficient in at least one of Golang, Java, or Python, with good coding habits.
• Strong logical thinking, fast learning, independent thinking, and problem-breakdown skills; genuine curiosity about emerging AI technologies.

Preferred qualifications

• AI, machine learning, or LLM coursework, research, or personal projects are preferred.
• Hands-on ownership of a substantial system through an internship, lab, open-source, or personal project is a plus.
• Exposure to LLM systems, prompt engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, or agent orchestration frameworks is preferred.
• AI-powered apps, agent demos, developer productivity tools, competition achievements, publications, and quality open-source contributions are preferred.
