A landscape company seeks an Agriculture Site Engineer to join its team.
Full-time role with immediate joining stated.
Site operations
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily agricultural and site activities.
- Coordinate and assign manpower, equipment, materials, machinery, and site personnel.
- Monitor irrigation, planting, cultivation, landscaping, maintenance, and other agricultural work.
- Inspect sites, address operational issues, and monitor quality and progress.
- Coordinate with departments and contractors and communicate management instructions.
- Maintain records and provide progress reports; report delays, shortages, equipment issues, and safety concerns.
- Ensure equipment and materials are properly arranged, used, and maintained.
- Promote health, safety, and environmental requirements and ensure work follows approved procedures.
- Plan and delegate work during absences to maintain operational continuity.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in agricultural, landscaping, irrigation, or site operations.
- Knowledge of agricultural site practices and equipment; ability to supervise site personnel.
- Planning, coordination, organization, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently, make operational decisions, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and reporting systems.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 7,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
