Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in after-sales service or technical support, familiar with the principles, structure, and common fault handling methods of products such as magnetic levitation large water units, CDUs, air walls, and precision air conditioners;
- Familiar with the data center industry and basic understanding of engineering sites;
- Fluent in spoken English and local languages, able to adapt to work scenarios.
