Role overview
Supports regional and local marketing project needs in collaboration with local and overseas marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing budget and expense development and management.
- Collect and consolidate marketing invoices, agreements, and supporting documents for payment processing with marketing and finance teams.
- Track marketing program progress and flag problems or roadblocks.
- Assist with marketing plans, social media calendar planning, and content creation.
- Help collect product assets and creative materials, manage ongoing projects, and collect and process data.
- Provide live updates on tasks, meetings, and projects, and help with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student.
- Strong communication and analysis skills; able to learn and process information quickly.
- Strong Excel data-processing skills and experience processing payments or budgets using IT systems.
- Detail-oriented and sensitive with numbers; organized with good time-management skills.
- Exceptional English language skills.
- Written and spoken Mandarin fluency is a plus.
