IT Business Analyst

Position overview

Systems and business enablement

• Coordinates rollout, implementation, upgrade, integration, and support of Group-standard systems, including Midea 632 and sales platforms.
• Leads requirements gathering, process assessment, fit-gap analysis, solution validation, UAT, data preparation and migration, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Coordinates specifications and delivery with business stakeholders, IT teams, system owners, and external vendors.
• Manages project schedules, milestones, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Delivers user training, maintains documentation, drives adoption, and monitors system performance and user feedback.

Digital transformation

• Identifies process inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, manual work, and digitalization opportunities across business functions.
• Maps existing processes, defines target workflows, and translates business needs into digital improvement initiatives.
• Promotes process standardization and identifies system integration, workflow automation, low-code/no-code, and self-service opportunities.
• Assesses solutions through feasibility studies or proofs of concept and recommends options based on value, cost, scalability, security, and effort.
• Maintains a roadmap of local digital initiatives and tracks outcomes such as time savings, accuracy, adoption, and management visibility.

Data analytics and governance

• Consolidates, analyzes, and interprets data from Midea systems, sales tools, customer data, spreadsheets, and offline records.
• Develops and maintains reports, KPI dashboards, data trackers, and analytical reports using Excel, Power BI, QBI, or equivalent platforms.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Typically 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT management, business systems implementation, digital transformation, or business analysis.
• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise systems and coordinating cross-functional projects is required.
• Practical experience in data analysis, reporting, data quality, and business performance monitoring is required.
• Multinational company or regional business experience is preferred.

Technical and functional competencies

• Enterprise systems knowledge includes ERP, CRM, business applications, system integration, and IT operating models.
• Project delivery includes requirements, schedules, testing, risks, deployment, change management, and post-implementation support.
• Excel proficiency and experience with Power BI or equivalent BI tools are required; SQL and data transformation are preferred.
• Data governance includes data quality, master data, KPI definitions, reporting standards, and data ownership.
• Automation knowledge includes workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, and process improvement methods.
• AI familiarity includes enterprise AI and LLM-based applications, use-case identification, proof-of-concept coordination, and value assessment.
• IT operations knowledge includes endpoint management, identity and access management, networking, cybersecurity, IT assets, and end-user support.
• IT governance knowledge includes policies, security controls, privacy, vendor management, and technology risk.
