About This Role

An Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. They handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, support managers and staff, and act as a point of contact for internal and external communications. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and databases.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining staff records.
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Support managers and team members with special projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: QAR60,000.00 - QAR100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
