Administrative Assistant
About This Role
An Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. They handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, support managers and staff, and act as a point of contact for internal and external communications. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and databases.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining staff records.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Support managers and team members with special projects.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: QAR60,000.00 - QAR100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
