About This Role

Murphy Construction & Remodeling is a reputable construction and home renovation company serving residential and commercial clients across Doha. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will support daily office operations, assist project managers, and ensure smooth administrative workflows.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to general email inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing both digital and physical documents (contracts, invoices, project files).
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and basic travel arrangements.
  • Assist project managers with basic documentation, timesheets, and expense reports.
  • Support management with general administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for basic inquiries.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate) preferred.
  • Visa sponsorship, accommodation, and transportation provided by the company.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in construction, engineering, or related industries.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement or document control.
  • Familiarity with Al Sadd area and local business practices.
