Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- 8 hours per day
- 5–6 days per week
- Fixed office hours
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations
- Handle phone calls, emails, and internal/external communication
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
- Maintain filing systems and organized records (digital and physical)
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate office supplies and procurement requests
- Assist in data entry and database management
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- Support management with day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional attitude and reliability
- Willingness to learn and support different departments
