Work Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • 8 hours per day
  • 5–6 days per week
  • Fixed office hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and internal/external communication
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
  • Maintain filing systems and organized records (digital and physical)
  • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
  • Coordinate office supplies and procurement requests
  • Assist in data entry and database management
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments
  • Support management with day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is an advantage

  • Professional attitude and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and support different departments
