Job Description:
Rolls Elevator & Vertical Transport Solutions is looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle office documentation and filing
- Manage incoming calls and emails
- Assist with scheduling and coordination
- Perform data entry and maintain records
- Support team with general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage
