Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant will perform various administrative tasks, including organizing and managing schedules, handling phone communications, and supporting executives with administrative needs.
Additional responsibilities include performing clerical duties, ensuring efficient office operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
- Demonstrated ability in performing Clerical Skills, including data entry and file management
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in common office software and tools
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks
- Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous
