About This Role

Role Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support daily operations by managing clerical tasks, maintaining schedules, and ensuring efficient communication within the workplace.

Responsibilities

include answering calls, organizing meetings, managing documentation, and assisting with executive-level administrative tasks.

This is a contract position based on-site at our Dubai location, requiring reliable in-office presence during working hours.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills is required
  • Minimum 5 years Experience is mandatory
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication are necessary
  • Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance or similar roles is advantageous
  • Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Valid UAE Driving License is required
