This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and providing support to executives.

Additional tasks may include managing phone calls, drafting emails, and ensuring organizational documentation is accurate and up to date.

The role requires strong time-management and organizational skills to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and organizing documents
  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and supporting senior staff members effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and the ability to manage calls effectively
  • Time-management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently
  • Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
  • Experience in remote work or the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
