***Job Description :-***We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to the CEO for our growing Food & Beverage operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative capabilities along with practical knowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage confidential matters professionally, and support the CEO with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and business documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments, restaurant/outlet teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and operational reports.
- Assist in monitoring Food & Beverage operations and follow up on management instructions.
- Maintain records, filing systems, contracts, and administrative documentation.
- Support procurement coordination and supplier communication when required.
- Ensure timely communication between management and operational teams.
- Handle urgent tasks and provide administrative support during busy operational periods.
- Assist with basic HR and staff coordination activities when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and administrative procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexible with working hours based on operational requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and email communication.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Valid UAE driving license is an added qualification.
- Male applicants are preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in the UAE is preferred.
