Customer Support & Telesales Executive
About This Role
We are looking for a Customer Support & Telesales Executive to join our team. The role focuses on customer follow-up, coordination, and support, including handling quotations, order processing, and customer communication to ensure smooth service and timely updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner
- Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and sales documents
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for order processing
- Track order status and update customers accordingly
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of customer interactions
- Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate support
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in customer support, telesales, or sales coordination
- Strong communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email; CRM is a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
