Responsibilities
- Process hospital supplier invoices, verifying purchase orders, goods receipts, service confirmations, and approvals.
- Prepare payment schedules, reconcile supplier accounts, and resolve invoice discrepancies with Procurement and relevant departments.
- Maintain general ledger entries, accruals, prepayments, and account reconciliations, supporting timely month-end closing.
- Prepare financial schedules and audit documentation while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Minimum four years of accounting experience, including relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare organization.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
- Practical knowledge of accounts payable, general ledger accounting, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
