Overview
IND Global Realty is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong background in the Dubai real estate industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations, and preparing accurate financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- **Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.**
- **Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, including timely filing and reporting.**
- Maintain accurate payroll and expense records where required.
- **Ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations for real estate transactions.**
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records for audits and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Mandatory 2–3 years of accounting experience, in the Dubai real estate industry.**
- **Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations.**
- Hands-on experience preparing and analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and financial reports.
- **Mandatory knowledge of AML/KYC compliance and documentation requirements.**
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
