About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an Accountant cum Office Admin with the ability to handle company accounts independently along with general office coordination
Key Duties
- Manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and expenses
- Handle VAT filing and basic compliance
- Prepare financial reports and maintain records
- Coordinate with management for payments and budgeting
- Attend calls, emails, and manage front desk
- Handle documentation and filing
- Support daily office coordination and admin tasks
- Assist team with scheduling and follow-ups
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience
- Good knowledge of accounting software and Excel
- Experience in construction / fitout company preferred
- Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
