Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented FEMALE General Office Typist ,Accountant and Sales to manage company financial records while also consulting clients on corporate services such as company formation, visas, and business support solutions. The ideal ,combines financial accuracy with strong sales and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
General typist for Visa, Document Clearing and Corporate Services
- Preparing and processing visa applications: Typing and processing applications via Government Portals like MOHRE & ICP.
- Handling various documents: Typing for employee ID, entry permits, medical examinations, Visa stamping, job contracts & Issuing New Licences
- Maintaining accurate records: Coordinating with clients for required documents and follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. 1
- Ensuring compliance: Knowledge of UAE labor and immigration procedures is essential for accurate document processing. 1
- Communication: Good communication skills, particularly in English, are important for liaising with clients and processing documents. 1
- These functions are crucial for the smooth operation of visa and document clearing services, ensuring that all government-related documentation is handled efficiently and accurately.
Accounting Duties:
- Maintain bookkeeping records, invoices, and expense tracking
- Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations
- Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow
- Support management in budgeting and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal policies
Sales & Client Consultation Duties:
- Respond to client inquiries about company formation, visa services, and corporate solutions
- Provide consultations and recommend suitable business setup packages
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and service proposals
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into clients
- Maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Assist in marketing promotions and referral partnerships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Typing,accounting, sales, or corporate services
- Knowledge of UAE company formation and visa processes preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must READE, SPEAK and WRITE MULTI-LANGUAGES Specially (French,English,Arabic)

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
