General Accountant & Admin
Kreata Global, Leading Digital Media Agency is looking for a full-time General Accountant & Admin to join the team immediately.
Candidates having 4 to 5 years' experience in accounting and administration can apply.
Accounts Payable Management
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
Supplier Reconciliation
- Reconcile supplier statements of accounts to ensure all invoices and payments are properly recorded.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with suppliers when necessary.
Payment Processing
- Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs, including bank transfers and WPS processing (if applicable).
Accounts Receivable Management
- Perform accounts receivable reconciliations and follow up on outstanding payments.
Quotation Tracking
- Monitor all approved quotations to ensure timely invoicing.
Petty Cash Handling
- Manage and monitor the company’s petty cash fund and related records.
Bank Reconciliation
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Apply for and renew company licenses to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Process employee visa and insurance renewals.
- Monitor and maintain employee daily attendance records.
- Management of office supplies ordering & restocking.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 Years of experience in the field is required.
- Experience using Tally or other accounting software is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
