2.Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager – Wireless Broadband Access to support SolutionMall’s customer development and project opportunity follow-up in the wireless broadband access market .
This role is suitable for professionals with experience in B2B sales, account management, customer development, wireless broadband access, fixed wireless access, last-mile access networks, wireless bridge systems, outdoor CPE products, broadband network infrastructure, telecom access projects, or system integration projects.
The main focus is to develop and maintain customer relationships, identify project needs, follow up on RFQs, promote suitable wireless broadband access solutions, and support SolutionMall’s market development .
This is a B2B account management role focused on wireless broadband access systems, fixed wireless access, last-mile broadband access, wireless bridge systems, outdoor CPE, broadband routers, telecom contractors, network infrastructure contractors, system integrators, distributors, project owners, and long-term customer development.
3.Key Responsibilities
Develop customer and channel opportunities across in wireless broadband access, fixed wireless access, last-mile broadband access, wireless bridge projects, outdoor broadband access, and access-layer network infrastructure projects.
Build relationships with telecom contractors, network infrastructure contractors, system integrators, broadband access contractors, distributors, developers, facility management companies, consultants, procurement teams, and project stakeholders.
Promote SolutionMall’s wireless broadband access products, including wireless broadband CPE, wireless base stations, point-to-point wireless links, point-to-multipoint access equipment, wireless bridge products, 4G / 5G broadband routers, industrial gateways, antennas, access layer switches, cabinets, power support products, cables, connectors, and installation accessories.
Follow up on customer requirements, project background, site network conditions, lack of fiber access, weak wired network coverage, access distance, bandwidth requirements, number of access points, equipment lists, technical specifications, RFQs, quotation discussions, budget expectations, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and project stakeholders to support product selection, solution matching, quotation communication, and project progress.
Collect market feedback on customer needs, product preferences, pricing levels, competitor activity, channel conditions, installation requirements, broadband access demand, telecom infrastructure conditions, and after-sales expectations.
Required
3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Wireless broadband access sales or account management
Fixed wireless access solutions
Last-mile broadband access solutions
Point-to-point wireless broadband links
Point-to-multipoint wireless access systems
Outdoor wireless CPE products
Wireless base station or access point products
Wireless bridge systems
4G / 5G broadband routers and gateways
Broadband network infrastructure products
Telecom access network products
Access layer network equipment
System integration project sales
B2B technology solution sales
Distributor or channel development
RFQ and quotation follow-up
Ability to understand customer needs, site broadband access problems, fiber-unavailable scenarios, access-layer network requirements, bandwidth requirements, product selection, solution matching, RFQ follow-up, quotation coordination, and system integrator communication.
Good communication skills and ability to develop customers, distributors, contractors, consultants, procurement teams, system integrators, telecom contractors, network infrastructure contractors, or project stakeholders market.
Working proficiency in English.
Preferred
Existing customer, distributor, contractor, telecom contractor, network infrastructure contractor, or system integrator resources .
Experience with commercial buildings, residential communities, hotels, hospitals, campuses, shopping malls, industrial facilities, logistics parks, oil and gas facilities, remote sites, infrastructure projects, or smart facility projects.
Experience with wireless broadband access, fixed wireless access, last-mile broadband access, wireless CPE, wireless base stations, point-to-point links, point-to-multipoint systems, wireless bridges, 4G / 5G broadband routers, antennas, access layer switches, industrial gateways, or network infrastructure integration.
Experience in RFQ follow-up, quotation coordination, project opportunity development, channel development, or account management.
Familiarity with local telecom, broadband access, ICT, ELV, MEP, construction, network infrastructure, or system integration project markets .
Arabic communication ability is preferred.

This role is suitable for professionals who already have experience or access to wireless broadband access projects, fixed wireless access projects, last-mile broadband access projects, wireless bridge projects, telecom access projects, network infrastructure projects, system integrators, telecom contractors, distributors, developers, facility operators, or project-based sales channels .
