This part-time Account Manager role is a hybrid position based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site client meetings and some work-from-home flexibility.
The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, understand their property requirements, and recommend suitable options from the company’s listings.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with clients, preparing proposals, coordinating property viewings, and following up on inquiries to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate property information, updating CRM records, and supporting contract and documentation processes to provide a smooth client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to understand client requirements, analyze market options, and present suitable property solutions clearly and confidently.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including experience using CRM or similar tools to track leads and activities.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Dubai, with flexibility to meet clients on-site and manage tasks remotely.
- Professional conduct, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the Dubai market are an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong experience.
