Role Description
The Project Execution Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home.
This role oversees the end-to-end execution of property-related projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met for acquisitions, developments, and client-specific initiatives.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, tracking project milestones, expediting critical tasks, and managing logistics related to inspections, documentation, and handovers.
The Project Execution Manager will monitor project risks, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and prepare regular status reports and execution plans.
The role also involves optimizing processes for efficiency, supporting continuous improvement, and helping maintain a high level of professional service to clients.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including project planning, execution oversight, and stakeholder coordination (Project Management).
- Strong expediting capabilities to ensure timely completion of tasks, materials, and documentation (Expeditor, Expediting).
- Experience with inspections and quality checks to verify properties and project deliverables meet required standards (Inspection).
- Logistics management skills to coordinate movement of people, resources, and information across project phases (Logistics Management).
- Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or property management is preferred.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, and comfort working in a hybrid environment.
