Role Description The Site Operations Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with some flexibility for work from home.
This role oversees the daily operations of property sites, ensuring they are well-presented, safe, and ready for client visits.
The manager coordinates with agents, maintenance teams, and external vendors to schedule site inspections, manage access, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Responsibilities include monitoring site standards, tracking occupancy and readiness, maintaining operational records, and supporting property viewings and client walkthroughs.
The role also involves preparing brief status reports, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring that on-site operations align with company policies and client service expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in site operations, facilities management, property management, or a closely related field.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities to handle multiple properties and priorities.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and office software for reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment on-site, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with real estate or construction environments in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE is preferred.
- Valid UAE residency and ability to travel between property sites within Abu Dhabi as required.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, facilities management, real estate, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
