Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Demand Planning Manager role based in Dubai.
The Demand Planning Manager will analyze historical data, market trends, and sales pipelines to forecast demand for different property types and price segments.
Daily responsibilities include preparing demand and supply reports, updating planning models, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align forecasts with business targets.
The role involves monitoring inventory of available properties, identifying gaps or surpluses, and recommending actions to optimize listing portfolios.
The Demand Planning Manager will also support production-style planning processes for marketing campaigns and launches, track performance against forecasts, and continuously improve forecasting accuracy and planning tools.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting, with experience building and maintaining forecasting models.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, BI tools, and data visualization for decision support.
- Experience with Production Planning and coordination across sales, marketing, and operations to support launches and campaigns.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management principles, ideally applied to real estate listings, stock levels, and portfolio optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in real estate, property development, or related sectors is an advantage; familiarity with the Dubai market is a plus.
