Key Responsibilities

• **Concept & Visualization:**
• Develop innovative spatial designs, 3D models, and photorealistic renders for brand activations, exhibitions, and stages.
• **Creative Alignment:**
• Translate creative briefs and client objectives into immersive physical environments that tell a compelling brand story.
• **Technical Drafting:**
• Create accurate 2D/3D floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings for structural fabrication and production teams.
• **Collaboration:**
• Work closely with Account Managers, Creative Directors, and production/technical teams to ensure designs are both highly engaging and structurally feasible.
• **Client Presentation:**
• Participate in pitch meetings to present design concepts, incorporating feedback and translating revisions into updated 3D visuals.
• **Trend Awareness:**
• Stay ahead of market trends in experiential marketing, event technologies, sustainability, and spatial design.

& Qualifications

• **Experience:**
• 3+ years of experience in spatial design, with a strong focus on events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing.
• **Software Proficiency:**
• Expert knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software.
• This must include 3DS, Cinema 4D, and Unreal Engine.
• **Technical Design:**
• Strong grasp of AutoCAD or similar drafting tools for construction and fit-out documentation.
• **Production Knowledge:**
• A practical understanding of materials, lighting concepts, production, and fabrication/fit-out processes.
• **Portfolio:**
• A robust portfolio showcasing high-end experiential spaces and interactive brand pavilions.
• Must be fully equipped, with own laptop and software.
• Must have a portfolio ready to share.
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday from Dubai Media City office.
• Must have own UAE visa.
