Job Overview
As a Teleprompter Operator, you will be responsible for operating the teleprompter during the corporate launch event.
You will work closely with the event production team to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of speeches and presentations in both English and Arabic.
You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during the event.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate the teleprompter equipment for the event
- Work closely with the event production team to understand the schedule and flow of the event
- Edit and format scripts in both English and Arabic to ensure they are easily readable on the teleprompter screen
- Adjust the speed and timing of the teleprompter to match the speaker's pace and tone
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise with the teleprompter equipment
- Provide support to speakers and presenters during rehearsals and the event
- Maintain a professional and calm demeanor at all times, especially during high-pressure situations
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all event materials
Requirements
- Previous experience operating a teleprompter for live events
- Technical knowledge and proficiency in teleprompter equipment and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
