Overview
A confidential investment office in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Programme Manager to support leadership across transformation initiatives, PMO functions, and strategic operations.
The role will work closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders to manage priorities, coordinate with consultancies and vendors, and support programme delivery across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the CEO and leadership team with strategic priorities and ongoing initiatives.
Manage PMO activities, programme tracking, reporting, and governance.
Coordinate with external consultancies, suppliers, and vendors.
Support transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with departments including HR, operations, procurement, and finance.
Prepare executive reports, presentations, and status updates.
Ensure timely follow-up and execution of leadership action points.
Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Programme Management, PMO, Transformation, or Strategic Projects.
Background within consultancy, investment office, family office, or corporate environments preferred.
Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Experience
supporting senior leadership or C-level stakeholders.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
UAE or GCC experience is advantageous.
Additional Information
Permanent role based in Abu Dhabi.
ASAP start preferred.
