Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation and development of high-impact experiential concepts and creative directions.
• Design immersive guest journeys across activations, events, and spatial environments.
• Translate brand identities into compelling visual and spatial narratives.
• Develop storylines, themes, and creative frameworks that define the overall experience.
• Create sketches, mood boards, and presentation decks to clearly communicate concepts.
• Collaborate with internal teams including strategy, client servicing, and 3D design to ensure cohesive execution.
• Transform strategic insights into creative concepts that meet client objectives.
• Work across diverse sectors including Beauty, Fashion, Real Estate, Automotive, and Culture.
• Utilize AI tools to support ideation, visualization, and concept development.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural movements.
• Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and audience expectations.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers to maintain high creative standards.

Experience & Education

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in experiential, spatial, or brand design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multidisciplinary design across various scales and industries.
• Experience working on both boutique activations and large-scale environments.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in design, visual communication, spatial design, or related field.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Keynote for presentation and storytelling.

• 3ds Max
• V-Ray
• Vantage
• Understanding of 3D workflows and rendering processes.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for creative exploration and concept development.
