About the Project

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models, realistic renders, floor plans, and technical layouts.
• Develop visual presentations, technical drawings, and design documentation.
• Design venue overlays, event spaces, branded environments, sponsor activations, and temporary structures.
• Translate creative concepts into practical, technically feasible designs.
• Revise and update designs based on feedback and site conditions.
• Coordinate with operations, production, and branding teams.
• Ensure drawings, dimensions, and layouts are accurate and suitable for implementation.
• Manage multiple design deliverables and meet tight deadlines.
• Support production and installation teams with technical drawings and specifications.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in 3D design, visualisation, CAD drafting or similar role in events, sports, exhibitions, or live entertainment.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated experience producing 3D renders, floor plans, technical drawings, and production-ready layouts.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work in sports events, large-scale events, venue overlays, branded environments, or event activations.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, dimensions, venue layouts, and event production requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and visual presentation.
• Ability to interpret briefs, incorporate feedback, and adapt designs quickly.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within short turnaround times.
