- Deliver capital project assignments and objectives to agreed service levels and quality standards across architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical project management.
- Define project scope, work breakdown structure, objectives, and completion measures in collaboration with senior management and shareholders.
- Create and sequence activity schedules, allocate resources, and determine the time, money, and equipment needed.
- Supervise execution against the project schedule and contract terms and conditions.
- Enforce health, safety, and environment policies, procedures, legal regulations, and objectives; review work safety and quality with project teams and contractors.
- Monitor project progress, adjust as needed, and develop solutions to expedite delivery at key milestones.
- Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required quality level.
- Update management and stakeholders on project progress; maintain appropriately documented and secured project records.
- Evaluate project outcomes against the planning phase and perform other reasonable tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge, skills, and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or another relevant field.
- Eight to ten years of relevant full-time work experience.
- Competence with project methodology; a project management qualification such as PMI or APM is strongly desired.
- International experience, preferably in the Middle East; knowledge of QF is an advantage.
- Strong planning and time management, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills.
- Ability to draft and edit official documents and articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, Oracle ERP, and other technical tools and systems; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
