Why This Role Matters
YouTube is often where unchurched individuals first encounter Greater IMPACT. As a YouTube Host, you are the friendly face of Christ in the chat—greeting newcomers by name, providing live biblical context, praying for needs in real time, and keeping the environment safe and Christ-centered.
What You’ll Be Doing
Host the live chat during Sunday morning service broadcasts (9:45 AM – 11:30 AM Eastern time).
Welcome guests enthusiastically, post sermon notes, and pin key links (giving, prayer, connection card).
Pray with individuals in the live comments and guide them toward private care when needed.
Moderate live comments promptly to maintain a respectful, safe, and uplifting worship atmosphere.
Encourage viewers to subscribe, share the broadcast, and take next steps into church life.
Who We’re Looking For
Confessed faith in Jesus Christ with spiritual discernment and a welcoming demeanor.
Reliable Sunday morning availability during broadcast hours.
Familiarity with YouTube Live features (pinning comments, timeout/hiding trolls, formatting text).
Quick typing and articulate, warm, and pastorally thoughtful written communication.
Dependable high-speed internet connection during live streaming.
