Why This Role Matters

Technology is not just utility—it is a modern instrument of kingdom mission. As a software engineer at Greater IMPACT, your code directly powers live worship streaming, discipleship portals, care coordination, and mobile engagement for thousands of believers and seekers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and optimize backend edge functions, Cloudflare Workers, and Supabase / PostgreSQL database queries.

Integrate church systems and third-party APIs (Planning Center, Subsplash, YouTube, Google Cloud).

Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain clean architectural documentation.

Ensure web accessibility (WCAG AA), responsive design, and lightning-fast edge performance.

Who We’re Looking For

Personal faith in Jesus Christ and enthusiasm for applying engineering skills to kingdom ministry.

Proficiency in modern TypeScript, React / Next.js, and serverless edge architectures.

Familiarity with SQL/PostgreSQL databases, relational data modeling, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
