Why This Role Matters
An online campus is only as strong as its community. You will help close the gap between watching a screen and experiencing true belonging—personally greeting attendees, encouraging discussion in digital rooms, and facilitating seamless handoffs to IMPACT Groups and prayer teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Facilitate lively, spiritually encouraging discussions in digital church spaces and community channels.
Follow up with first-time online guests to answer questions and help them take their next faith step.
Connect online attendees to digital IMPACT Groups, Anchor discipleship cohorts, and prayer partners.
Partner with the pastoral team to identify pastoral care needs arising within the virtual community.
Help coordinate digital outreach initiatives and virtual fellowship events.
Who We’re Looking For
Dedicated relationship with Jesus Christ and a pastor's heart for welcoming and encouraging others.
High emotional intelligence, empathy, and strong interpersonal written communication.
Comfort using community communication platforms (Slack, Discord, Church Center, Facebook Groups).
Faithful attendance in weekend worship and commitment to our Connect, Engage, Serve mission.
Reliability in follow-ups and discretion with confidential pastoral conversations.
