Ministry happens far beyond Sunday morning. As our Social Media Coordinator, you help turn digital feeds into spiritual lifelines—sharing hope, scripture, and connection with people in their daily moments, and guiding seekers from online curiosity into deep community.
What You’ll Be Doing
Plan, schedule, and publish weekly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Community.
Repurpose sermon soundbites, teaching clips, and testimony stories into high-reach short-form content.
Engage authentically with comments, direct messages, and prayer inquiries in partnership with our care team.
Track engagement metrics to understand what inspires spiritual growth and drives kingdom connection.
Participate in creative brainstorms with the communications team to amplify upcoming church milestones.
Who We’re Looking For
Active faith in Jesus Christ and a genuine heart for digital evangelism and discipleship.
Demonstrated familiarity with social media platforms, algorithms, and short-form storytelling.
Strong written communication skills with a clear, encouraging, and pastorally sensitive voice.
Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite) is a plus.
Consistent weekly availability and accountability to deadlines.
