- Reporting to:
Assistant Farm Manager
- Team Leadership:
- Managing a diverse crew of Technicians (Maintenance & Refrigeration), Mechanics, Electricians, Fitters, and Welders.
Core Mission
To maximize the operational lifespan and efficiency of all electrical and mechanical systems through
rigorous proactive maintenance
and expert troubleshooting.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
- Organize and train a multi-disciplinary maintenance team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Proactive Planning:
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules to prevent downtime before it happens.
- Quality Control:
- Maintain a world-class workshop environment, ensuring tools and facilities are in top-tier condition.
- System Inspections:
- Oversee regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems, identifying and rectifying issues swiftly.
- Downtime Mitigation:
- Minimize production losses through rapid troubleshooting and efficient repair of vehicles (Cars, Trucks, Tractors) and generators.

- Deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems across diverse vehicle types and machineries.
- Leadership Style:
- A mentor who can train staff and manage workflows effectively.
- Reliability:
- Someone who thrives in a farm/industrial environment and understands the urgency of minimizing machinery downtime.
- Organizational Skills:
- A supervisor who keeps meticulous records of inspections and maintenance logs.
- You will play a critical role in a large-scale operation, overseeing a significant fleet of vehicles and generators.
