Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workshop Supervisor, located in Abu Dhabi.
The Workshop Supervisor will oversee daily workshop operations, manage maintenance and repair activities, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs effectively.
Responsibilities
also include supervising workshop staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining safety and quality standards, and providing excellent customer service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory skills to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively within a workshop setting
- Strong expertise in Maintenance & Repair operations, with a focus on mechanical and technical equipment
- Customer service proficiency and a commitment to maximizing Customer Satisfaction through efficient operations
- Practical experience with Workshops and their operational and safety procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with oil and gas industry standards and requirements is a plus
- Relevant vocational training, certifications, or a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is advantageous
