Workshop Supervisor

- What you’ll do?
- Supervise daily workshop operations and manage technicians/workshop staff
- Ensure smooth workflow, productivity, and vehicle turnaround time
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts Department for repair and service jobs
- Monitor workshop loading, WIP, and service quality standards
- Handle customer concerns and provide technical explanations for additional repairs
- Drive workshop targets including productivity, efficiency, and Fix Right First Time (FIRFT)
- Coach and develop technicians to improve performance and cross-functionality
- Who you are?
- Experienced automotive professional with 3–7 years in dealership workshop operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage technicians and workshop productivity
- Diploma or Degree holder in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- Highly organized, result-driven, and customer-focused
- Able to handle workshop operations, scheduling, and team coordination efficiently
