Workshop Supervisor

About This Role

2.1 Ensure clear and accurate communication across workshop, parts, reception, and quality control departments.

2.2 Monitor and accurately document all materials and labor resources utilized for each job.

2.3 Promptly clear and claim all warranty and goodwill job cards with suppliers.

2.4 Maintain real-time progress tracking for all vehicles undergoing maintenance/repair.

2.5 Maximize technicians' productivity by assigning jobs based on skill level and workload.

2.6 Sequence work orders to meet promised completion times, promptly communicating any changes to reception.

2.7 Notify relevant departments promptly of any changes affecting vehicles, such as completion time or parts delays.

2.8 Ensure timely and accurate posting of all resources to job cards in SAP.

2.9 Verify job cards for accurate inclusion of fault codes and repair descriptions, closing/invoicing them promptly.

2.10 Monitor SAP transactions to prevent misuse and ensure compliance with system ethics.

2.11 Track technicians' performance, productivity, and efficiencies daily and weekly.

2.12 Maintain awareness of standard times and provide feedback to management regarding any discrepancies.

2.13 Keep track of all work-in-progress job cards, those awaiting parts or approval, and follow up daily.

2.14 Interact with both external and internal customers professionally and courteously.

2.15 Maintain workshop profitability consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
