Serve as a lead data analyst on Progressive’s HR Control team.
Develop Workday Human Capital Management reports for Payroll, Compensation, HR Systems, Benefits, and other business areas.
Work arrangement
- Remote work is allowed.
Responsibilities
- Develop Workday HCM reports for business areas such as Payroll, Compensation, HR Systems, and Benefits.
- Guide the team on report-development and distribution best practices.
- Collaborate on new projects, year-end processes, ad hoc analysis, and routine reporting.
- Develop solutions for Corporate HR when an IT solution is not readily available.
Minimum qualifications
- At least eight years of analytical work experience; or a bachelor’s degree or higher and at least seven years of analytical experience; or a bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field and at least five years of analytical experience.
Preferred skills
- Proven experience with the Workday Human Capital Management platform is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary range is $98,400 to $131,200 per year.
- Eligible employees may receive an annual cash incentive payment of up to 30% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
