Key responsibilities
- Lead overall business strategy, performance, and profitability.
- Drive commercial growth and secure new revenue opportunities.
- Oversee operations across owned and chartered vessels.
- Manage and develop a leadership team including Business Development and HR functions.
- Grow the owned fleet from 15 to more than 30 vessels over the next three years.
- Build relationships with clients, partners, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
Current fleet
Owned vessels include Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs) and Security Escort Vessels (SEVs).
The business also operates various types of chartered vessels.
Candidate profile
- Proven CEO, Managing Director, or General Manager experience in marine, offshore, oil and gas logistics, or vessel management.
- Strong commercial leadership and business growth track record, with success leading operationally intensive businesses.
- Vessel ownership or vessel management experience is highly preferred.
- Seagoing experience is not required but may be an added value.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
