Role Description

The Wealth Management Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

This role focuses on managing and optimizing financial assets and investment portfolios related to ADIPEC’s strategic initiatives and stakeholders.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing personalized financial plans, overseeing investment strategies, monitoring portfolio performance, and preparing clear reports and recommendations for leadership.

The Wealth Management Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align financial planning with organizational goals, assess risk, and ensure appropriate insurance and protection strategies are in place.

The role also involves staying current on market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in wealth management to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial planning skills, including wealth management strategies and long-term financial goal setting.
  • Proficiency in investment management and investments, with experience in portfolio analysis and asset allocation.
  • Solid understanding of finance principles, including risk management, cash flow analysis, and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and protection strategies relevant to wealth management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are an advantage.
  • Experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory, preferably with exposure to corporate or high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage part-time schedules, and collaborate in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
