This part-time Investment Manager role is a hybrid position based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
The Investment Manager will evaluate potential investment opportunities related to energy and associated sectors, perform financial analysis, and develop investment strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and sector research, assessing risk and return profiles, preparing investment proposals, and monitoring the performance of existing investments.
The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, contributing to portfolio optimization, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders to support data-driven decision making.
The Investment Manager will also stay updated on regulatory changes, global market trends, and sustainability-related considerations relevant to the energy investment landscape.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Investment Management and managing diversified Investments.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data, market trends, and risk profiles.
- Experience designing and implementing Investment Strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Solid foundation in Finance, including financial modeling, valuation techniques, and portfolio analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is an advantage.
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Comfort working in a multicultural, international setting and collaborating across functions.
