Role Description
The Retail Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, overseeing daily retail operations within ADIPEC-related venues and outlets.
Responsibilities include supervising retail staff, managing schedules, and ensuring excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
The role involves monitoring sales performance, managing inventory and merchandising, and maintaining visual standards aligned with brand guidelines.
The Retail Manager will handle escalated customer issues, coordinate with event and operations teams, and ensure smooth store functioning during peak event times.
The position requires hands-on leadership on the sales floor, continuous coaching of team members, and adherence to company policies, health, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a positive retail experience and resolve issues promptly.
- Candidates should possess Team Management skills to supervise staff, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive revenue, promote products, and meet performance targets.
- Experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in high-traffic or event-based environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai during event periods, including evenings, weekends, and peak hours as needed.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and cash handling.
- Proficiency in basic retail systems and point-of-sale (POS) tools; familiarity with reporting and performance metrics is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
