Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter and Administrator role based in Doha.
The HR Recruiter and Administrator will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and supporting onboarding processes.
The role will also handle core HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing contracts, assisting with HR documentation, and supporting payroll and benefits coordination.
Day-to-day responsibilities include updating HR databases, responding to employee queries, coordinating with department leaders on staffing needs, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.
The person in this role will contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with Society Qatar’s focus on community, wellness, and performance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Experience with HR administration, such as employee record management, contract preparation, and HR documentation.
- Ability to use HR systems and office software for data entry, reporting, and communication.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates, employees, and leadership.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple hiring processes and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and basic labor regulations applicable in Qatar or the region.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations in service, hospitality, fitness, or wellness environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
