- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, including storekeepers, pickers, packers, and loaders.
- Ensure accurate receiving and storage of inventory according to company procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock audits.
- Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles, particularly for food and healthcare products.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Inventory teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Monitor order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space and equipment.
- Prepare warehouse performance reports and operational KPIs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of UAE experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in FMCG, food distribution, healthcare distribution, retail distribution, or wholesale trading industries is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, and distribution processes.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems like Odoo or similar.
- Good knowledge of inventory counting, reconciliation, and warehouse KPIs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
