About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end **registration of dietary supplements, nutrition products, and energy drinks**
- Handle product registration, renewal, amendments, and variations via **Montaji**
- Coordinate with **MOIAT** for product conformity, classification, and compliance approvals
- Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers to **MOHAP** for supplements and functional beverages
- Support **SFDA (KSA) & GHAD** registrations for supplements and energy drink
- Review formulations, ingredients, claims, and labeling to ensure regulatory compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE, KSA, and GCC standards for supplements and energy drinks
- Respond to authority queries, non-conformities, and corrective actions
- Maintain regulatory trackers, approval timelines, and documentation archives
- Monitor regulatory updates and advise internal teams accordingly.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in **Pharmacy, Nutrition, Food Science, Life Sciences, or related field**
- **2–5 years** of regulatory affairs experience in **Supplements, Nutrition, and Energy Drinks**
- **Proven hands-on experience with energy drink registration is mandatory**
- Strong experience with **Montaji, MOIAT, and MOHAP** systems
- Practical exposure to **SFDA & GHAD** registrations
- Strong understanding of ingredient restrictions, claims, and labeling regulations
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
